Product Overview

Learn what Wrytze is and how it works.

Wrytze is an AI-powered blog CMS built for content creators and agencies. It helps teams generate, edit, approve, and publish high-quality blog content at scale -- while keeping human editorial control at every step.

What is Wrytze

Wrytze combines AI-assisted content generation with collaborative workflows and a developer-friendly API. You bring your brand and topics, and Wrytze handles the heavy lifting of research, writing, and media creation. Every piece of content goes through your team's review process before it reaches your audience.

Key capabilities:

  • AI blog generation -- A 3-phase pipeline (Research, Writing, Media) produces research-backed, brand-consistent articles
  • Brand awareness -- Wrytze crawls your website to build a brand profile, ensuring generated content matches your voice, tone, and style
  • Collaborative workflows -- Role-based teams with approval workflows keep content quality high
  • Multi-organization support -- Manage multiple brands and websites from a single account
  • Developer API -- A REST API lets you fetch published content and display it on your own site

How it works

Wrytze follows an eight-step workflow from setup to published content:

  1. Create an organization -- Set up your workspace and invite team members with appropriate roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Reviewer, Viewer).
  2. Add your website -- Register the website you want to create content for.
  3. Generate a brand profile -- Wrytze crawls your site and uses AI to extract your brand voice, tone, target audience, and content style.
  4. Create topics -- Add topics manually, use AI-powered suggestions based on your brand profile, or bulk import via CSV.
  5. Generate blog posts -- Kick off the 3-phase AI pipeline: Research (keywords, sources, outline) then Writing (full article with metadata) then Media (image prompts).
  6. Edit in the block editor -- Fine-tune the generated content using the Plate.js block editor with AI assistance, formatting tools, media uploads, and more.
  7. Submit for review -- Send posts through the approval workflow. Reviewers can approve or request changes with inline comments.
  8. Schedule or publish -- Publish immediately or schedule for a future date. Use the calendar view to plan your content pipeline.

Once published, use the Wrytze REST API to fetch your content and display it on your website, app, or any platform.
